- In-depth analysis on the causes of commercial losses for bulk and medium sized consumers.
- Design and implementation of an AMR solution to mitigate the issues identified in (1) above consisting of ultrasonic flow meters with remote reading via GSM/GPRS for bulk consumers and wireless M-Bus for medium sized customers.
- Supply, delivery and commissioning of:
- 1 x DN80 ultrasonic flow meter for a bulk consumer with GSM/GPRS
- 10 x mix of ½”and ¾” ultrasonic flow meters with remote reading via drive-by Wireless M-bus
- Integrated system consisting of meter management and remote reading software.

- iii. Central system for managing of the meter network, remote reading of the meters and reporting feature.
