  1. In-depth analysis on the causes of commercial losses for bulk and medium sized consumers.
  2. Design and implementation of an AMR solution to mitigate the issues identified in (1) above consisting of ultrasonic flow meters with remote reading via GSM/GPRS for bulk consumers and wireless M-Bus for medium sized customers.
  3. Supply, delivery and commissioning of:
  • 1 x DN80 ultrasonic flow meter for a bulk consumer with GSM/GPRS
  • 10 x mix of  ½”and ¾” ultrasonic flow meters with remote reading via drive-by Wireless M-bus
  • Integrated system consisting of meter management and remote reading software.

Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Design and implementation of a solution for remote measurement of production volume for spirits producers for excise duty purposes. The solution consist of three major components namely:

  1. i.            Ultrasonic electronic volume flow meter with GSM/GPRS capability
  2. ii.            APN and associated telecommunication infrastructure for remote reading via GSM/GPRS
  3. iii.            Central system for managing of the meter network, remote reading of the meters and reporting feature.
